Overview
A full-featured real estate platform with AI-powered image enhancement, intelligent property search, and interactive map exploration. The backend handles property listings, user accounts, favorites, and an admin panel for agents to manage their portfolio.
Traditional real estate portals in the Canary Islands were outdated — slow search, poor mobile experience, and amateur photography that undersells properties. Agents needed a modern platform that could compete with major portals while giving them more control over their listings.
We built a Next.js application backed by MongoDB for flexible property schemas. Mapbox provides interactive map search with custom clustering. The AI layer uses OpenAI to auto-generate compelling property descriptions from basic details and Cloudinary for intelligent image optimization. The admin panel lets agents manage listings, track views, and respond to inquiries.
Property images look professional without expensive photography. AI-generated descriptions save agents hours of copywriting. The interactive map search increased user engagement and time on site compared to traditional list-based search.
