• mechanical ventilation connected to humidity sensors
• alarm (motion presence)
• tv mode and tv room lighting when TV is switched on/off
• reminders/alerts when windows are open and it's raining or going to rain
• alert when there is (physical) mail
• water boiler schedule (energy savings)
